Ordering & Shipping

Yes! We offer free shipping on every order to the UK. No minimum spend required. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
Most orders are delivered within 4 to 7 working days. We process your order within 2 to 3 business days, and delivery typically takes 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.
We work with trusted suppliers and fulfilment partners to ship products directly to your door. All orders are shipped with tracked delivery so you can monitor your parcel every step of the way.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by visiting our Track Order page.
Delays are rare but can occasionally happen due to high demand or shipping carrier issues. If your order has not arrived within 14 working days, please contact our support team and we will investigate immediately.
Currently we focus on UK delivery with free shipping. We are exploring international shipping options and will update our customers when this becomes available.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact our customer support team via email or through our Contact Us page. We will provide you with return instructions and process your refund once we receive the item.
We are sorry if this happens. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

Products & Orders

Yes. We source all products from trusted manufacturers and put every item through quality checks before listing it in our store. We only sell products we would use ourselves.
We process orders quickly, but if your order has not yet been dispatched, we can usually accommodate changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
